Jared Riccio, Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), is the president and founder of Versatile Asset Management, LLC.(VAM). Mr. Riccio oversees the operation and profitability of the portfolio of hotels, working with Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Choice Hotels, and several Independent Resort franchise affiliates. In addition to charting the company-wide aspects of VAM's operations, Mr. Riccio is an active participant in each hotel design and renovation project. Mr. Riccio also functions as the Managing Director for each of the company's hotels.

With more than 20 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, Mr. Riccio has extensive experience in food & beverage, resort lifestyle, rooms’ division operations, sales & marketing, development, openings and renovations nationwide. Mr. Riccio has extensive knowledge of the consulting field having mastered project development, franchise, strategic & development consulting, financial evaluation and appraisal.

Prior to the creation of Versatile Asset Management, Mr. Riccio served as the Executive Vice President of Development for Branded Hotels & Resorts. He has specialized in operational, financial and valuation consulting related to hospitality. As a previous Regional Manager for a leading hospitality company, he completed development planning, site selection, market studies and financial analysis for a wide range of lodging projects. His dossier of operations experience, before starting Versatile Asset Management, includes management roles with Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, Best Western and Choice Hotels.
