PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

The Preventative Maintenance Program confirms that every piece of operating equipment is tracked systematically for scheduled maintenance activity. Every piece. HVAC, kitchen equipment, door hardware, smoke detectors - you name it. All operating equipment is given proper care.

PROPERTY INSPECTIONS & WALKS

Conducted on a monthly basis to inspect each hotel as part of our thorough QA program. Are there items that needs replacing? Is it time to renovate? On a quarterly basis, the principals of VAM participate in these inspections and capital improvements are targeted.

ROOM CARE

This is what we call our quarterly room refresh. This means fresh paint and deep cleaning of every surface. We believe our guests deserve nothing less than crisp, clean accommodations.
